A startup claims it has launched weather balloons that may have released reflective sulfur particles in the stratosphere, potentially crossing a controversial barrier in the field of solar geoengineering.

This is the same guy who was converting shipping containers into affordable houses.  I used to know his grandfather.  (we grew up in the same neighborhood and were in the same garage band in the 60s, guy sold me my first bass guitar)
