It seems that last Thursday, about 20 miles south of me, a guy from Pennsylvania stopped his SUV in the middle of the interstate, and started firing at cars...

Sure looks like a Ruger 10/22 in that last photo.  Could have been a lot worse.

We've had incidents on I95 in Richmond recently.  I don't think anybody has been caught yet, so may be the same individual in all of those incidents.
