The rise of AI.

I am shocked that we aren't discussing this. Of all places on the internet. Either to many of us don't see it or don't understand it? Or we've lost why we are a prepping group? 

AI is about to leap forward at an astronomical rate. As it goes from being trained by humans - to being trained by other super intelligent AI. 

The last video does an excellent job of describing this. 

For those of us using it. AI is real. And very much has the ability to do everything everyone is talking about in the first video. The first video is quite alarmist. Maybe even hysterical in moments. But the things they're talking about are real. Not made up or fantasy foreshadowing. 

I would like to think some world power will have enough sense to slow AI's progress enough, to allow whatever system is going to replace "working for a living", to be developed. If not, we will see everything being discussed in the first video. 

For the record, I don't know or endorse the guy in the first video, I mostly share it for the interviews and news segments he shares. He gets a little over the top from time to time. He's kind of a tool. But the news reports and his facts are correct.

What do you think is going to happen when even 30% of the world's population loses their jobs? What about 50%? Or 75%?

Of all the possible problems we have ever faced since ZS was created. This is by far the worst one. With the highest probability of creating an actual post apocalyptic world. 

We should be discussing this. If you consider yourself a prepper - this is the biggest subject that could lead to you actually practicing your skills and using the years of preps you have collected.
