I think he means a virus that creates zombies who zero in on politicians only and leave the rest of the population alone.  Sounds good to me, just as long as the zombies completely eat the politicians. Or at least consume their ego-addled brains.   But if merely caused the politicians to themselves turn into zombies, then we'd have an even worse problem.
