Printable ARC first aid quick reference

I'm getting recertified on the 18th, and part of the course is required completion of several online modules.  While completing the modules, I noticed that under the "Resources" tab there was a downloadable reference guide that broadly covers the course topics and treatment protocols.  

This guide isn't particularly deep or detailed, and is certainly no substitute for the actual training.  But for anyone putting  together their own first aid kit and lacks formal training, this could be useful to print out and include in your home made kit.  Sort of a home-grown version of the basic first aid booklets usually found in off-the-shelf FAKs.

In its raw .pdf format it wasn't particularly printer/space friendly.  And it was also missing the training module on tourniquets, an absolute necessity for life-threatening bleeding at your extremities.  So I found another online source dealing tourniquet how-to. 

I combined the two into a Word document, and reduced it to two pages per sheet of paper, to make it a bit more printer friendly.  But also attached are the raw .pdf for the ARC quick reference and the tourniquet use guide.  So if you want, you can play around the material to make it even more compact/printer friendly.
