No chainsaw bayonet?  Can you even call that an assault fully semi-auto bolt action Bambi killing shotgun?
Well,  it's got a Shockwave/TAC-14 style stock and a drum magazine.  So at least we know it's completely practical.  :icon_crazy:

You got a point about the chainsaw bayonet though.  :smiley_chinrub:

Hold on, for real or did I miss a joke?  That's a joke, right?

A joke on how the media calls anything fun an assault rifle even it was a bolt action or a shotgun.

So yes, a joke. But they did make bolt action shotguns as Mac posted

Mine was a 'joke' too, regarding your 'lady at the grocery store' govt conspiracy, hired 'assets' post. Lee Harvey was a govt agent?! And 'supposedly' used a $35 Carcano M38, [its not a a shotgun] to fire that magic bullet. LOL

Quote from: Raptor on January 10, 2023, 10:25:39 AMBTW the perps in this case did not shoot the power substation. They went in and physically attacked it. They wanted the power shut off for a burglary. It is a shame they did not try being a human circuit breaker.

According to the lady at the grocery store this is actually all the governments doing it's not actual people but government agents trying to create instability. So forget what you read and just blame da govmint

Quote from: RoneKiln on December 21, 2022, 11:56:44 PMWestern Washington University (WWU) now offers racially segregated dorms.

About two years ago several people were arrested for trying to sabotage rail lines most commonly used by oil trains to cause a derailment near that university. I think I posted about it in the old board.

I'm honestly surprised people haven't already shot up substations in my area. Just two(ish) years ago we watched over 100 days straight of arson and IED attacks on government buildings in Portland and Seattle.
I read that the latest ones weren't shot. They were actually taken apart or destroyed. I don't know by what means.

Living in California I understand why. Back about 20 yrs ago or so. The financial industry lobbied to have utilities in CA to stop being public gov run. And to be privatized. The media released audio recordings of finance bros laughing about it. Laughing about grandmothers going hungry spending their last dime paying them for their power bill.

And it came very true. Our power bills are outrageous. We might spend over $400 a month just on power. And in old liberal California there are no renters rights. Like none. Its totally a landlord state. So we pay every utility. Gas, water, power, garbage, sewer. And they are all private institutions and very expensive. Water is over $100 a month. And you can't drink it. So you spend another $80-$90 for drinking water to be delivered.

The big corp financial institutions were behind it. And reap billions of dollars from the people. For what once was a "public" offering  that we the people put in place for our own societies benefit. So we could have all those things at an affordable rate.

Corps are now running the american people into the ground. So I understand the motivation. But I have not read any treaties or reasons why these activists are doing this. If there are any I doubt they are being publicized.

Yup up here in WA we are told we have the cheapest power in the country... our power bill was over 525$. Granted that's mostly because the grandparents use electric heat, I keep telling them we can run the wood stove connected to the central heat. But they don't want to.

All paid to a for profit company that is suppose to provide a 100% needed commodity.

This is just making me more and more ready to start building my own power generation set up

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that if enough people start doing this to make a significant dent in power company profits, things will quickly be changed.

Whatever the reason behind the attacks on these substations, I think we can all agree that targeting them is a dick move by whoever did it.

High power bills is no reason to knock out power for hundreds of others just because one is pissed about it. Complain to the state or power company, but don't knock out power for everyone else because you're ticked off.

Maybe a question for Raptor, but I seem to have read somewhere that the giant oil filled substation (like what's getting attacked) transformers have very few replacements. Like maybe a dozen or less for an area. So if a coordinated attack on then were to happen it could be quite easy to knock out power for a long period.

Obviously this is not an endorsement but something to be aware of if there attacks continue.

I was wondering about WA. My mother lives in Everett. But always talks about her bill being fairly low. But its a 2 bedroom condo. And I'm sure WA is split between different providers.

This is a good reason to set up offgrid power. I did hear about areas forbidding solar. Don't remember where. And of course firbidding rainwater collection. All bullshit.

I don't think complaining would work honestly. They work so hard to split us up on so many issues. And spend so much overwhelming money to campaign for corp profits. Its rare that the majority of the populace gets enough behind a soecific issue. There are so many. Not saying sabotage is the answer. But in some dark part of my mind I get it.
