I saw her at least once on Mr. Rogers, and again on Sesame Street.  It didn't help then-10-year-old me, just scared me as much as it did when I was 3 and 4 years old.  She still creeps me out.  

(And don't get me started on flying monkeys.  If I ever seriously take up trapshooting it will be in response to hearing rumors of an invasion of flying monkeys.)

Margaret Hamilton kind of reminds me of my kindergarten teacher, so that's probably why I was terrified of her.
