Two Possible Tropical Storms - Late Season Surprises?

These two storms (potential storms) bear watching. It is still hurricane season and late season storms are not rare.

They apparently have not been assigned numbers yet and with any luck will not organize. That said one these is right near the US East Coast and if it organizes could be affecting the coast very quickly.
