UK energy crisis (ish)

wee drop o bush

Thank the good Lord that me and mr wee drop installed solar panels this May. It powers the house on standby even on a dull day and heats the water tank without using oil central heating. 
I hope this winter is a mild one because energy bills are sharply increasing.

The electric blanket I do get since it should save energy by warming a much smaller area. Not so sure about the air fryer though.

One other thought....neither work if there is no power...a sleeping bag may be a better investment than an electric blanket.

That and a kerosene area heater.
