That article is a pretty good summary of what is known so far, one thing to ad is that if the veapons used were legality owned hunting rifles (which several sources indicate)
This is the first time legally owned hunting rifles have been used in a shooting like this in Sweden. 
And the bastard would unfortunately have been a decent shot, since you have to pass a competency test to get a license for a hunting rifle.

Another indicator of this is the ratio of dead to wounded. 🤬

(Oh, by the way, the last couple of years it's been possible to get a hunting license for military style semi auto rifles, but that will likely end fast, since the rate of fire on the videos sounded like it was one of those he was using..)
