If anyone wants me to c and p MJOTZY over here ... and hopefully catch all of those dastardly homonyms and homophones I was famous for spewing because I hit post before sufficient editing ... I can do a few posts a day.  Life is still chaotically busy.  We still have our business and it is larger than it was when I fell off the original ZS.  So like I said, a few posts a day.

I still write, just not specifically in the zombie genre.  I'm hoping to pick MJOTZY back up later this year, or that is the goal.  It needs to be finished.  I never planned on it taking this long but it is a lot like that novel people start and then put in the chest at the end of the bed but never quite get back to.  I'm not going to let that happen.

I parked most of the story on fanfiction but I have been plagued by some plagiarism over the years.  Kinda put me off but you can't let that kind of crap ruin your life or you'll just sit in a hole for eternity.  Just let me know.

It might actually be easier to do this give the length of each post.

Ever (Zombiepreparation)

Mother Hen? You found us! I thought we had lost you.

Omg please, yes, bring your most fabulous Mom's Journal of the Zombie Years  here!

MJotZY was my primary training for preparing. Hearing about this mysterious illness, watching it move fast after that. Three years of COVID put it to the test.

Your training in your a.m.a.z.i.n.g. story stood me well for this.🙂

I remember the week I discovered it on our mother board. Days of barely sleeping, eating as I devoured it.

So happy you found us! So happy 'Sissy' and her story are getting nestled in here... for all those here who missed it and new ones who come to experience and possibly be guided like it did me.

One of your grateful readers,
Ever, previously known as Zombiepreparation.

geez, you're here!

I've been MIA for a few weeks (burning the candle at both ends) log in and see this post and gave a legitimate squeak.

Welcome back!! I have been (re)reading MJOTZY and loving the updates. It's the perfect blend of entertaining/thought provoking; I can picture it on the big screen. Thank you!

Johan

Welcome!!!
I was really happy to find you here when I popped back in..
(I've been MIA for about a year focusing on the war in Ukraine.)

Thank you so much for writing for us!!!  :smiley_clap: :smiley_clap:
I've enjoyed both MJOTZY and your other stories immensely over the years..

I don't post much but I try to read the forums a few times a week. Gotta so I was excited to see you post and the story pop back up.

I used to read the stores on my commute on the train an on lunch breaks. I no longer commute and my lunch breaks are taken by playing with the kiddo. But I look forward to when I get to read the story again!

I remember our conversations from a bit ago - and being riveted with your story and recipe thread. We talked a bit ago about the impact of trauma and I found myself in your radio transmissions in MJOTZY. I still read it to this day.

So happy you made the jump!
