Don't Forget the Time Change Tonight!

For folks here in the US, don't forget that the time change is tonight.  I like the fall better than the spring, since we get our lost hour back this time!  So don't forget to adjust any non-computer/non-smartphone clocks and enjoy your extra hour of sleep!  

When we talked about this on Friday at work, the team's sole millennial pointed out that there's nothing for him to do, since the only clocks that he has are on his phone and computer!  Kids these days...

The most baffling / annoying one for me to change is the nav system in my car.  I mean, this thing receives a satellite signal and I still have to set the clock manually?  WTH?  The car actually has a digital clock as well (which is completely separate), but since the time is already showing on the nav, I just leave that display set to show my instant mileage instead of the time.

I've got a bunch of clocks at my house, but most of them are the simple, battery-operated wall clocks that only take a few seconds to reset, as they have that wheel on the back to just move the hands to the proper time.  There are also digital clocks in my bedroom (with a laser time projector on the ceiling) and one in the guest room.  Plus the microwave and the digital thermostat.

I didn't change my van's clock last spring, so it'll be right again.  I have three clocks that have to be changed manually otherwise (one has a single button to switch it back and forth), but the rest are either on devices that will change automatically or are set to UTC time and will not require adjustment.  I have adapted to UTC and the clock change can go fuck itself, as far as I'm concerned.  Maybe I'll go back to local time if this idiocy ever changes and we pick a freaking time to stick with.

I Should just do that with my truck.  It has a aftermarket stereo that displays the time. It's so complicated  and complex,  I haven't changed for DST in 7 years

My Jeep just does it automatically. It's fun to watch it change itself as you cross time zone boundaries.

I guess you could say that about my truck also. No matter where I drive it, It's automatically wrong
