You probably already know that an Air Canada jet collided with a fire truck at LaGuardia.  I've noticed that a lot of videos coming out in the news and on social media focus so much on just those two vehicles and only the conversation being had with them, which ignores all of the other traffic controllers were also dealing with at that time.  This video shows the entirety of the situation, including the other planes and trucks that were moving at the time and all of the conversation between vehicles and tower at the time.

By the time the tower recognized the issue, the truck would have had time to stop and avoid the collision, but weren't responding to the commands to stop for whatever reason, presumably having not closed their mic.

I have to admit I lost it at the tower acknowledging to the Air Canada Jet that they are aware of the collision, not knowing for certain at the time that the cockpit and pilots were already gone.
Feed science, not zombies!

Failure is the path of least persistence.
