"Pundits on Vladimir Solovyov's show pontificated which Western cities should be the first to be targeted with nuclear strikes. Some of their top choices: Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Hamburg, Munich or Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the United States in general," 

Not sure which part is nuttier. The idea itself or that they are suggesting a target list.  Why Garmisch-Partenkirchen? Last time I was there it was a winter resort area in Bavaria with no strategic or tactical value. The US stores their nukes in Buchel, everyone knows that.
