Oh fuck.  I don't care who these people are, who they worship or who they love, hate or follow.  I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.  Entire city neighborhoods, literally washed out to sea in an instant.

Think something like this couldn't happen here in a developed nation? Think again.  Serious flooding already, dams at risk, ground saturated and more rain predicted for Thursday.  And then there's the business of a certain storm expected to hit the area on Saturday.

Death toll from what I've seen is about 5,300 people and expected to rise.
