Sorry about that. Lemme 'splain...
The past few days we've been getting hit pretty hard by hack attempts from China. Last night, about 3AM, I put in place a ban on the entire network that the attempts were coming from because the attempts were coming from so many IP addresses in that network. To do this I had to put one "trigger" for the network name, and because that isn't always reliable, a second trigger for the range of IP addresses that network uses.
Folks, never try to enter IP addresses at 3AM, in the dark (my good LED keyboard stopped working), before coffee (weird meds reactions screwed up my sleep times - I got up at midnight), while on new medications, and while nodding off.
I fat-fingered entering the IP range and banned a wide swath of the USA too. :-[ :headdesk:
This has now been fixed and I apologize for the whole screwup. My bad.

I thought you just didn't like people using Torguard with an IP from the Dallas area :)
I wouldn't have known if it happened at 3:00am, I'm guessing that would have been 4:00am in my AO. I was sawing logs Chief.
