I'm ecstatic beyond belief to announce my new book, Outdoor Adventure Guide - Foraging (https://amzn.to/3uDHp2w) will be available starting May 3rd! :) :) :)
This covers 70 easy to find, easy to identify, and found across all of North American plants, not just Texas. It also has a bunch of campfire cooking-style recipes. Of course, the taxman requires me to tell you that I will earn money if you actually buy it. It can be pre-ordered from the Amazon link above.
This is an updated and improved version of my previous book, Idiot's Guide Foraging from the same publisher, but with a number of new plants, all new recipes, and made to fit easier in a backpack. :)

Congrats! Would you be willing to autograph some copies for me to give away as prizes on the site? I would, of course, pay for the books and all associated shipping costs.
Congrats Blast! Wild edibles are definitely one of my survival blind spots.

Not for long. ;)

Congratulations Blast🥳
I've foraged the wild blackberries & raspberries that grow on my farm, but I'd not be certain of anything else. Obviously there will be a few differences between native flora in Ireland and North America😁

Ironically, many North American "weeds" were European edible and medicinal plants of old, which were brought here and then escaped their domestication. :D
That's kind of my eventual plan, too.

Congrats! I'll keep my fingers crossed on winning a copy.
