Title: Multiple Pocket Folder Comparison - some surprises
Post by: majorhavoc on March 06, 2022, 07:18:27 PM
I like Project Farm's comparo reviews.  This one tests quite a few knives ranging a $13 Smith&Wesson to a $200+ Benchmade.  Some of the results are entirely predictable.  Other results are ... surprising.

I love his reviews too. I've purchased several items based on his more than thorough reviews.

But I don't have 20 minutes to spend at the moment. He needs to add chapters somehow. Or write a brief results list in the summary. His videos are way to detailed to watch in their entirety. That and i just have youtube fatigue at the moment. About two thirds of youtube vids could be one third their length and get the same point across. I know hes documenting his process. And thats valuable.

Care to give your take on the surprises?

I have a benchmade, amazon knock off, Spyderco and a $13 S&W. I recently purchased.

I hate the benchmade (bugout total pos its a box cutter at best). But love the S&W. Lol. Mostly just for the awesome assist. Its a cheap knife. I like the Spyderco for ease of use. But the $17 amazon knockoff beats them all. Its by far the nicest knife.

But i use the Spyderco and s&w more. Cause they are easier to use.
