For more information, that's from a Japanese TV show called "Pan-Kun and James"
Pan-Kun is the little chimp and James is the dog. It was a popular show for a number of years, but now Pan-Kun lives at a sanctuary in Japan after his original caretaker couldn't take care of him anymore.
