Lead episode on cooking like they did in Colonial times.

If the SHTF resets tech to the 1700s, you should have an idea of what Chow will look/cook like.

His pot roast recipe is pretty good.

Their beans video is good too... been trying to adapt to an oven with varying degrees of success.
