I found this knifes brother in a review at Outdoor Gear Labs. It intimated that the knife was made in a Chinese factory where they make Benchmade knives. I have no proof that this is true.
This is the original knife i found and its review.
https://www.outdoorgearlab.com/reviews/camping-and-hiking/pocket-knife/sanrenmu-7010
But on a whim i bought a similar knife. Just with green scales instead of steel. See below link.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q1XGT23/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_WEN1KY763YG0TQ4CAMH2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I'm not a knife expert. But I've used and sharpened my fair share over the last several decades.
I have not used this knife. These are just my initial impressions.
I'm very impressed with this knife. Especially for twenty dollars. I don't know what knife it might be trying to copy. But its got some heft to it. Certainly sturdier than either a Benchmade Bugout or my Spyderco Tenacious.
It opens easily. But seems to have a strong hinge. Appears to be very well made. And probably worth alot more than $21. I'm going to use this knife in one of my bug out bags. And may even buy more as knives i won't mind losing or having stolen. Actually i take that back. I would mind losing this knife. I really like it.
Additional pics.
One of the Amazon customer reviews suggested it's a copy of the $450 Chris Reeve Sebenza.

In any case, that looks like a solid piece of kit. I'm terribly unsophisticated about knives. I have a Ganzo from Aliexpress that seems much better made than a couple of the Gerbers I own (not saying much I know) and I'm very happy with it.
At around $21.50, that Land 9102 911 seems like a solid deal, especially for something to throw in a pack or tackle box.

That's awful damn close. Only difference i see is placement of the lanyard hole.
This thing feels like a $150-$200 knife. Im sure its a knock off of what you posted.
I read about ganzos too. Maybe i saw them on amazon?
Anyway. I am very pleased with this buy. I have no way of knowing if the metal type is true. But i love the fat spline. I think thats what the top edge is called. Only bummer is its rounded. Not sure how well it would do with a fire steel. But i carry pieces of saw blade with all my firesteels anyway.
Just noticed my pics are kind of shitty. I'm having to use edited screenshots so the size will upload. But most just look out of focus. My apologies.

The pics look pretty clear to me, Moab.
My astigmatism (and I guess the fact I took a bit of carburetor cleaner to the face when I was kid doesn't help) makes stuff a little out of focus most times, but I guess that and the fuzzy photos combines in just the right way to be clear to see for me.

I think my phone (Samsung Galaxy s20 Note Ultra.) Goes into food mode when i place it in front of a close up object. Which creates a halo effect on the item your shooting. Kind of a soft out of focus edge all the way around. I need to check my settings.
Not noticing any sort of halo effect on my end, but I'm also on mobile so my phone may nullify some of it. Sort of like autocorrecting any sort of flaw I guess.
Man. This knife is really impressing me. The metal and finish are so nice. Makes my Spyderco Tenacious seem rudimentary. Been cutting off old rubber and plastic parts on my Jeeps engine bay today. Went thru them like a hot knife.
Buy one guys. Buy one. Instead of that $200 knife you were gonna order. ;)
Only complaint is i wish the retaining clip was 3 screw instead of one. But holding fast thus far. For $21 this knife is a steal.
I've got a Leatherman Wingman that I've been carrying for about 7 years and the pocket clip is held on by a single screw much like the Land knife, Moab.
A bit of blue LocTite might help keep it in place and keep it from getting lost.

I bought two wingman used off ebay some years ago. Each reside in vehicles. Very nice tools.
Ill look into loctiting it. Might work where it screws into the metal. Not the scale. The scale is plastic. But i doubt its g10 or anything. Nice. But not g10.

I had a LM Wingman that I bought as part of a combo kit HomeDepot had on special. Something like $29.99 for the Wingman and the Style CS keychain tool. I still have the CS which lives on my car keychain. The Wingman was part of my Post Apocalyptic Repair kit, a kind of catch all miniaturized tool kit that was housed in a Condor molle pouch. The Wingman "disappeared" on a family camping trip where I made the mistake of showing it off to a teenage boy who later revealed himself to have some serious behavioral health issues. I really liked the Wingman. It was part of LM's lower tier multi-tool line but had what I thought was the perfect combination of tools, including the all-important usable scissors and wood saw, in addition to a fine knife blade that could be deployed without opening the multi-tool. The better version of the LM Sidekick, in my mind. Since it went AWOL, I replaced it with a Gerber Suspension, but I don't think it's nearly the quality tool as LM's lower tier Wingman.
I hope that kid thinks fondly of me once he gets his life sorted out ...

I feel the same way about the Wingman. If you look up the stats its one of their lightest tools in its size range. With the scissors. Which i use for first aid and making things. And the blade. And saw. Its a perfect hikers or bugout leatherman. I got two for $20 each used on ebay. It was a steal. I also have a PSK the original Leatherman. And a Surge for the Jeep.
My brother gave me a Leatherman Flair. Which has a cork screw and a pate knife. Lol. But we seriously used it everytime we went away to a hotel. As my wife drinks wine. And i was always having to hook up our dvd player to the hotel tvs. For our porn. Lmao. It was the perfect combination. ;)
But then i forgot it was in my backpack on a very busy day at Seatac airport. I was given a chance to go back to a kiosk in the airport and have it shipped. But the security lines were to long. So i had to let them confiscate it. They run $100+ used. I was bummed to say the least.

Hope the oaf patrol hasn't migrated over from ZS or if they have, I hope they forgive me. The corkscrew on my Victorinox Huntsman saved the day once. I'm pretty sure it's what got me laid that night. Sometimes a means to open that bottle of wine or spread that pate makes you a freaking hero when no one else has the tool needed that day. A potential side benefit when you're young and are a prepper. Just sayin'. :smiley_coolpeace:
I started out with a Leatherman Blast I got in trade for a Walther PPK BB gun. I carried that thing for years.
The smaller flat screwdriver broke and I called Leatherman to see about fixing it. Well, instead of fixing it, they wanted to replace it with the Rebar, which had replaced the Blast in the LM line up.
I declined the swap and fixed the screwdriver myself (took a needle file and reshaped the broken part as close to factory as I could).
I later replaced the Blast with a LM Wave. Which I had to buy two of because my oldest brother Dave managed to snap the little tab on the scissors on my first one.
I did later fix the scissors, though.Turns out the scissors on the Blast are really close to what's on the Wave. All I needed was a pair of security Torx bits (the ones with the little hole in the tip) and about 20 minutes worth of work and I had a repaired Wave. Now I'm looking for a used Blast so I can swap the scissors on mine again.
I carried the Wave for a few years and then replaced it with a Wingman. The Wingman and Wave both fit in the same leather belt pouch the Blast came in, so I didn't have to worry about having to use the lower quality nylon and Velcro pouch the Wave comes with.
You'd think for a tool that costs almost 100 bucks, Leatherman wouldn't cheap out on the pouch, right ?
I did end up with a Rebar later on, by the way. I traded a single steel AK mag to a local guy for it and he was happy with the trade.
I think I got the better end of the deal considering the LM Rebar goes for about 70 bucks and the mag was like 30 bucks at most.

Nope...Gerber does the same thing.
I have a Gerber Flick I rather like, but the case is absolute crap. They'd rather just keep sending me shitty cases, though, than one good one.
Here's a review of it by nutnfancy.

I got laid off opening a bottle of wine a few times. Someone showed me how to open a wine bottle with a shoe lace. And its always at 2am that some half sloshed girl would have a bottle of wine that needed opened. And have no cork screw in sight.
The trick is to use a dress shoe lace. And back then I always wore these black steel toed shop shoes with dress laces. The round sort of hard laces.
You push the cork down into the bottle. Tie a knot in the end of the shoe lace. Slide the knot past the cork down into the bottle. Then as you pull up the knot catches between the cork and the inside of the bottle neck. As you pull, with the knot below the cork, it catches and pulls the cork out of the bottle.
A stupid party trick. But it impressed more than a few girls at 2am. Lol! And kept the party going well past bar closing time. 😁
I don't think I have ever been pished enough to drink wine that someone has dunked his shoelaces in. :eek1:

remember, its 2am, last call, the lights are going to come on in the club soon, so this girl has to get that bottle empty before she goes home with....
whatever guy gets the bottle open and watches her drink it. It's an imperative instinct, leading to more unsanitary adventures than shoelaces. :greenguy:

I was pretty cute back in the 80s. Lol! And during the pre-grunge glory days of Seattle. We'd do alot to open a bottle of wine at 2am. Sitting in a park overlooking the ocean. With no bottle opener in sight. Already three sheets to the wind. Not wanting to buy the heroin (being sold in the same park) that was cheaper than the bottle of wine. ;)
I wasn't a hero. But I also wasn't creepy either. But saving the day went a long ways. Lol. I would have probably gotten laid anyways. But at least they knew I was resourceful. Lol.
I was in the theater scene as an actor. This was before grunge became grunge. We could barely afford rent on the theater. So we'd have all ages shows on the weekends. Our friends bands would come up from Olympia and play for free. Mudhoney, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Mother Love Bone (the predecessor to Pearl Jam). It was a pretty cool time. Even though we had no idea.
But that's deeply unhygienic.
Just leave the cork in the bottle, there's no need to involve essence of shoelace. :gonk:
I found a new reason why I prefer Victorinox over Leatherman. :icon_crazy:
Look up the Leatherman Flair.
My brother won one in a drawing and gave it to me long ago. I carried it for years. My wife and I used it at every hotel we ever stayed at. But I lost it at airport security one day.
It comes with not only a corkscrew opener but a "pate" knife as well.
You see I did eventually up my game. Lmao!!!

PS - My shoelaces were not stinky! I was a gentleman. And the wine doesn't pour right with the cork stuck down in the bottle. ;)
Was boxed wine not a thing in the 90s ? :smiley_crocodile:
See, no cork to worry about. Just having to deal with the social stigma of being the cheap bastard that brings boxed wine to a party. :eek1:
ETA: That Leatherman Flair tool looks neat. I sort of inadvertently started collecting old Leatherman tools and one of those would be nice to have even though I don't drink wine (I call it alcoholic grape juice) or eat "pate".
Though I do like liverwurst on Ritz crackers, so I guess liverwurst is kind of a pate when you think about it.

Boxed wine was not a thing. Or we would have been drinking it. We were poor.
Plus all the girls in theater were all houty touty. Bottled wine with a cork was a thing.
Lucky for me resourceful guys were rarely on the menu. Lol. Not to many guys from Yale knew how to open a bottle of wine without asking their butler to do it. Let alone with a shoelace. :)
Cheapest wine (although it's probably not considered wine by most people) I've ever had was Boone's Farm and that had a twist top. I think I paid at the most 3 or 4 bucks a bottle for it whenever I bought some.
My favorite was the strawberry flavored stuff (it was like alcoholic Hawaiian Punch) they made.

When I was in high school we would shoplift boones farm apple and any flavor of md2020. Or morgan david 20/20. I forget what the 20/20 stood for. But I got messed up on it my 15th birthday. I don't recall how cheao. But it was CHEAP!
I think "two buck chuck" is the cheapest wine. Trader Joes carries it. It even has a cork. Lol!
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Shaw_wine
The fact a 2 dollar (well, three dollars now) bottle of wine can beat out more expensive brands in terms of taste and quality is amazing to me.
I'd say "Two Buck Chuck" is like the booze equivalent of the budget blades we've discussed here. They may be lower priced, but still manage to hold their own amongst the more expensive brands.
This thread has to win the most derailed topic award. :smiley_shrug:
I thought that those gallon bottles of ernest and julio screw tops were the cheapest because they were a staple at parties, and they were always there so just assumed [but I went for beer or liquor at the parties]. Wine coolers were big with the ladies. Little did they know they were sugar packet ass enlargers.
We had this temp driver's helper back in the day that would want to stop at a gas station at the end of the day to pick up a pint of [i don't remember the name] of $2 liquor. :gonk: That guy was in his late 60's and worked harder and better than some of the temps we got that were in their twenties. Got to the point that we would request him when we needed a temp.
