Kind of looks like it to me. Is a plastic water bottle a good idea for carrying your (gas) Napalm?

Pretty cool! I'd be hesitant to use a PET bottle, because I think gasoline would dissolve it/weaken it over time. Maybe a HDPE shampoo bottle would allow you to squirt out a line of the mixture for easier ignition, rather than a blob? HDPE is also used in gas cans, so better long term storage? 

I'm not a chemical engineer, nor do I play one on TV, but I think HDPE is a better bet than PET.

Ya. PET is definitely not gasoline safe. I might even consider a metal container with a sealed lid of some sort. And just plan on spooning some out with a stick.

But honestly I think Vaseline and cotton dryer lint is easier and safer to carry. Or even wax and make pads etc. And if the napalm has any like wet wood fire starting advantage. That can generally be overcome by using tea candles for a longer burn time. I've seen tea candles start some pretty pitifully wet wood. 

Don't forget hand sanitizer too. Very close to napalm. I've used that to start otherwise very difficult to light  - wood gas stoves filled with sticks. 

Not that I'm going to go down this rabbit hole. But I wouldn't imagine burning soap has any advantage, when starting a fire, over simple petroleum jelly. Or maybe even wax.
