Bought 2 packs of these. Advertised by Sam's club as canned ham.  When they arrived the table was as the title of this OP. I was very disappointed.  Expect Spam off brand I opened one and fried some up this morning.  Do you remember the MRE ham entres CTD sold in the 90s?  I would equate this product with that entre. For those of us fighting hypertension be aware that 1/6 of a can or one serving us 790 mg of sodium.  That's enough salt to cure an entire pig. Also because it's minced pork and pork fat it contains 5% sodium nitrite. In that salt total. So not for the wall of shame like o originally thought.
