You can buy this book in hard copy - I have, but the book is not cheap. Before you put down your cash, here is the pdf of the book, this will allow you to determine of the value - for you - is there given the cost of the publication. This is an EMT 2+ to Paramedic level text.
About 1/3 of this work is all but useless for a non-active duty person - the remainder, however, is excellent.
Having spent many years working in military ERs, I strongly suggest everyone have a good first aid kit and manual to go with it. Read the manual in advance!
and alternative is the excellent work that is part of many Adventure Medical kits...

https://savannaharsenal.files.wordpress.com/2012/07/comprehensive-guide-to-wilderness-travel-medicine.pdf This is Ver 3.x - the current manual is V5.x. This is to let you see the level of information prior to purchase of the newest (paper) manual.
these can be purchase as a softcover from several sources. Use the pdf to review, then buy the book...you know, batteries not included... This is a basic manual, well written and illustrated.
I have several of the Adventure Medical Kits and found them to be a solid base from which to fully customize to fit my specific needs.
The pdfs are great for a review - but having the printed manual is a must for any first aid kits.
Now is the time to get ready - if you don't have it now, you won't be able to get it 'then'.
