This PM has a well-established connection with Viktor Orban and is generally seen to be in Putin's orbit, according to the BBC. I'd guess that this is linked to the broader NATO/Russian influence war in Eastern Europe.
Putin is flexing his muscle in the region and this might be a response to this or just some nutter. Georgia is having wide spread protests over the allowing of Russian agents to act unilaterally in Georgia that was approved Monday.
This isn't a WWIII trigger unless they have a CIA or MI6 agent confessing on camera.
