The Joker scene is good, but I like the John Wick one better.
Mostly because you don't see him actually kill anyone, but just hearing of the deed makes the bad guys crap themselves.

Yes, actually. But its free. As long as you have teeth. ;)
Its an actual oencil in the outside. Just the lead is g10 or steel.
