As I posted the other day in the Ukraine thread there has been some discussion as to whether he has even left the country for the last few conferences, sending out body doubles instead. The show of an aide carrying the nuclear football around was quite pompous and over the top. The stress of being responsible for hundreds of thousands of dead and having to kill so many senior enemies of the state has to be overwhelming.
