Gear and guns.
I'm a sucker for this stuff. I'm ex military and I used to work at an old surplus store in Seattle that was started by a Jewish guy, that survived the Holocaust, right after WWII.

That guy casually, ahem ... clearing the bolt ... on that StG 44 was hysterical.
I used to have a pipe dream of someday buying a surplus German Unimog troop transport. Because that's what I bombed around in in Kenya and think they're cool as f*ck. Much cooler that the US deuce and a half.

I used to love going to military surplus stores when I was a kid.
Kind of sad they don't exist as brick and mortar stores as much nowadays. I guess it's easier having an online only presence than an IRL shop.
That's pretty rad. I'm a huge fan of milsurp, and I always wonder what the warehouses look like.
Can you imagine Sturm sitting across the table from a soon-to-be-unemployed NVA quartermaster?
"How many units of the sturmgepack would you like to buy?"
"YES."
FYI, Sturm has a US website if you want to order from them: https://sturm-miltec.com/
Apparently, American Pipedream (the people who made the video) source some of the items in their store from Sturm as well: https://www.americanapipedream.com/
Doesn't Americana Pipedream sponsor Administrative Results' channel over on YouTube ?
I seem to recall him mentioning them a few times. Maybe I'm confusing him with Garand Thumb.

The one in SODO or next to pike place? I loved both of them. The one in SODO I bought so much stuff from over the years. Sadly the one by pike place is gone. Actually not sure if the one in SODO is still there. Haven't been since I moved out of the ID.

SODO is "SOuth of the DOme" when the kingdome was still there, but the district name stayed.
And I don't think I knew if one in belltown. So much of of Seattle is gone now I don't even recognize it.

We didn't call it sodo when I lived there. But I don't remember what the name was we had for it. Something like Columbia Center or something? My friend owned a house down there. This was in the late 80s early 90s.
My great grandfather actually owned warehouses in Belltown back in the day. And a huge house on Capitol Hill. But this was back in the 50s or 60s. My grandfather used to teol me about them. To bad he wasn't crazy Joe Diamond. And he still had them! Lol.

Yeah, they sponsor his channel. I haven't bought anything from them, but their site looks pretty cool.
