Wish I could get some of that ammo. That box of Black Talons though, might draw some federal interest. :panic:
Put it here so I could look at it enlarged.
These are weird groupings of items some of them. Are these photos the 'lots' that they are being auctioned off in?

I never get the ruckus over PD ammo working as designed and that being something bad. Or ammo in general used for personal defense or in personal defense situations being too deadly or damaging. :smiley_shrug:
Nothing about it being regulated or banned. there was a lability case but it was dismissed.
QuoteColin Ferguson used Black Talon ammunition for his Ruger P89 9×19mm pistol during a 1993 shooting incident. In 1996 a lawsuit was subsequently filed by one of the victim's family members (McCarthy v. Sturm, Ruger and Co., Inc., 916 F.Supp. 366 (S.D.N.Y., 1996)) claiming that Olin Corp. should be liable for the shooting spree based on the design, manufacture, marketing, and sale of Black Talon ammunition. The claims against Olin were dismissed because it was held that the plaintiff could not prevail because there were no defects in manufacturing, design, or in warnings – the bullets "functioned exactly as designed".
Black Talons still sort of exist. They're just now sold under the names "Ranger" and "PDX-1".
The Remington Golden Saber line is also pretty similar to the old Black Talon hollowpoints.
Road trip!

Yea, these look like general preview images. I don't see any lot numbers. The lot numbers will probably be assigned closer to the auction.
There was another auction I found at the same time. Not so weapon oriented, But he sure has some good stuff, Says owner is selling his house and downsizing.
He appears to prefer quality and has a well ordered mind

Yea. But there's a crap load of neat stuff. Who doesn't want a large snap on rolling tool box filled with snap on tools all put away in perfect order. There's four different welders. Three tractors, a skid Loader with attachment's for them. If you were about to start homesteading. Or, just bought some acreage. He has most everything you need. And the organization of everything is amazing. I mean what the heck . He had that old JD110 on a pallet on storage rack.
I'm thinking those old John Deere tractors will fetch a good price and go pretty quick.
The guns, ammo and coins will likely bring a good price as well. I kind of wish I had the disposable income to be able to hit up auctions like that.
