Anyway, thanks again N2TC..

I remember you as part of the MOAR hoard. Glad you made it here. I for one would love to hear more about the experiences of someone who regularly sees minus temps. One of my good friends moved to Sweden 12 years ago. She complains about Swedish summers more than winters because no one, i mean no one has AC. and summers are getting hotter and hotter.
Anywho. I hope you become more active, we need it here!

I had to do it for you, Johan. My sister-in-law is a Swede and her and my brother-in-law are moving back there permanently this year after he retires. I'd never hear the end of it if I let any lines of communication with Sweden fail. :smiley_coolpeace:
I used to spend my summers working near Hallstavik. I really miss going over there every year. I'm glad we've got at least one Swede hear.
Hello!
Thank you Halfapint!
Unfortunately I live in the southwest of Sweden
so it doesn't get all that cold or snowy here..
(Normally it gets below freezing a number of weeks /year but the snow often as not melts away into slush soon as it comes..)
But you are definitely right about the lack of Air conditioning (offices are a different story of course), but I don't know anyone that has one in their home, but on the other hand the summer temp seldom reaches 30 Celsius..
N2TC, Thank you for keeping the lines of communication open.. 😁
RoneKiln, That's really cool! How did you end up going here? And what did you work with? (You seem to be a real "Jack of all trades"..)
Glad you dropped in.
