JADAM Organic Farming : The Way to Ultra-Low Cost Agriculture

-Innovative organic farming technology established in Korea (originally known as Korean Natural Farming, established by the author's father)
-No-till, Weed free, and High-Yield, Ultra-Low-Cost cultivation technologies that can dramatically help reduce the labor force.
-Make your own All - Powerful Natural Pesticides, microbial inputs, and fertilizers

I'm relatively new to this method, but I'm a fan of fermenting for personal and environmental health (like various composting methods).  This appears to be a method that would work well with concepts from other methods like permaculture.

It's a relatively expensive book, generally near $40 (feels a little ironic given the intent to reduce costs).  Sharing the online version for those who can't afford it or want to preview it.  Please feel free to find it at your favorite book dealer and buy it if you find it useful and want to support the author or even just to have a physical copy.

I've been on a deep dive of Asia lately. I'm definitely going to check this out. I love farming too.

THANK YOU!!!
I've been looking into methods to really start our garden going. This might be it. I'm currently looking into some middle eastern methods for hydration in case we have another drought.

My granny and mum have been doing the weed tea fertiliser thing since I can remember and it works great.
I do like to have weeds in my garden though. A lot of them are edible or otherwise useful and unlike the obvious fruit and vegetables no one steals them.

Funny story. My grandfather was always an aggressive gardener. Like he had it down and was always expimenting. Right after the Mt. St Helens volcano blew. Our small mountain town about 4 hours north in the PNW. Got a fair share of ash dumped on it. And he mixed it into his garden. Apparently he had a record growth that year. And swore by it. I miss him.

I also like concepts from Square Foot Gardening, particularly the pattern of planting and avoiding monoculture.  The SFG "Mel's Mix" is the first soil mix that actually worked for me and I swear by it.  It's equal parts compost, peat moss, and agricultural vermiculite.  I use PittMoss instead of peat moss and have had great success with that.

Both JADAM and SFG combined with permaculture concepts seems to me like a successful garden.

I've got to admit I need to read more slowly...   I read the title as JDAM as in Joint Direct Attack Munition!  That would be a quick way to turn your soil, drop the 2,000 pounder right over there!

I did too. LOL

In BF4 it was challenging to use JDAM's as Air to Air weapons. So...

REKE was the best at it. My hero  :smiley_hearteyes:
