Having worked at a movie rental store in my twenties, I swear I've seen a movie with that exact picture on it but the name of the movie escapes me at the moment.

It was probably one of those mockbuster movies made by The Asylum back in the early 2000's.

I wasn't familiar with SAME. Upon looking it up, I'm wondering why NOAA broadcasts for counties surrounding Richmond, VA are broadcast from Richmond, but broadcasts for Richmond are broadcast from Heathsville, VA. Several other major reporting cities provide broadcasts for their own city (like Lynchburg, VA broadcasts come from Lynchburg, VA). Any idea why Richmond is different?

On an only slightly related note, Heathsville is a tiny little census-designated place which had a population of only 142 residents as of the 2010 census and hosts several primitive skills guilds in a historical colonial-era setting. I suspect it's a good place to visit to take some classes as is Colonial Williamsburg further down the coast. I haven't been to Heathsville personally to attest to that, though.

I don't know, I can't stop staring at the floating flaming sky jellyfish. Does the van down the road have some sort of force field protecting it form that lightning bolt? Why is the lava rain all like, "fuck just this one car in particular"?
