Aside from it being a gold color anodizing, there's not much about this light to make it stand out from the crowd of other similar sized lights of the same general brightness level.

It has what is now the same "standard" six modes of moonlight through strobe, a pretty low "turbo" lumen level of just 1,200 (1,800 in the CW model, this is the NW 519a) and a modest beam throw of 194m, so not a flood but not a thrower either.

It does come with an extra tailcap though, a magnetic one, which is a nice plus.  Power comes via a 3,000mAh 18650 that is included, along with the standard wrist lanyard, pocket clip, and extra o-rings.  (I swear, one day I'm opening an eBay store selling just storage systems for extra flashlight o-rings and lanyards)

It does, in the NW version, have a decent 80cri, so colors don't look washed out and if you're trying to find the brown wire and not the dark blue or the black one under your dashboard on the side of a road somewhere, you'll at least be able to tell them apart.

I'll put up beamshots when I take them.

Edit: I just used the flashlight to take up the trash cans from the curb and to get the mail.  While at the mailbox I tried to see if that 194m throw was accurate and, it's not even close.  Even on turbo I had a hard time illuminating my trailer, which is barely 20m away.  A short time later my neighbor across the street had a car pulled into her driveway and she suddenly shouted, "Hey!  How are you?!"  I thought she was talking to me so I turned and put the light on her to see which of the multiple people in the house she was and it simply did not reach.  I couldn't see any difference with it pointed at or away from her.  That distance is about 23.5m.  While this light is fine for illuminating your walking path set on high, unless you're in the deep woods with no moon, don't expect it to illuminate anything over about 10m away.
