Minimus used to be my go-to for travel sized anything, back when I travelled more.

Haven't been there in a while, though, until I decided to poke around and found the MRE pizza.  (Which I still haven't ordered one of to try...for science.)

MRE 🍕 . That would be a win on several level wouldn't it.  You got your handy grab&go shelf stable. You maybe get a comfort food feeling cause it's pizza, so, a warm fuzzy in a possible high cortisol production time of stress. 👍 On top of that It's food in the belly security.
