Aqua-Tainer is a 7 gallon stackable water container that comes with a start/stop water spigot control. It's shape lends itself to stacking and multiple container storage of large amounts of water in both the vertical and horizontal space.

The Ozark water jug is 6 gallons and is shaped more like a jerry can. It comes with a pouring spigot. This one's shape lends it more for storage in vehicles or in low rows along walls or on shelves.

Both containers' 'spigots' store inside the container when not in use. But the Ozark jug has a stopper that when using the spigot has to be set aside and therefor you could lose it. That 'stopper' is a cover for  when the spigot is reversed and stored internally. So when its in it's deployed positioning, you'll have to keep track of that.

Both container's are made in Winnepeg Canada. So I suspect by the same company.

I'll probably be getting a bunch more of these Aqua-Tainers. They are currently $20. I might get one more of the Ozarks just for vehicle storage, I'm using this one in a vehicle. It's really big though.

When I bought my "Oazrk" jugs from Major back in 2003 they were Reliance brand too.
I didn't like them because of the swelling... Widening..? Sagging in the middle when full.
The kitty litter jugs and bakers rack solution I started using a few years after that worked better for me.

Backstory on the Litter Jugs:
At the time I had just gotten a house and didn't know if the well was usable,
And so had to come up with a water storage/rotation setup, I (my ex) had 2 cats at the time
so we were using 2 jugs of litter a month, I checked online and with the manufacturer
and found out they were food safe as long as they were cleaned out first.
I already had a 2ftx5ftx5 shelf wire bakers rack that was rated for up to 500lb per shelf.
So I would fill the jugs at work, or a friend in towns house and rotate them.
20 jugs at 3Gal each rotated out every month. Once we had the well tested, and treated (even though it was safe)
We started rotating the well water.
Worked for 5yrs.

I'm seriously considering the Aquatainers for the camper (doesn't have any water tanks)
but I can't find the cube ones anywhere only hexagonal ones.

@superduder I didn't measure but I did notice a negligible 'swelling' on both containers.

If I had to guess, maybe 2 cm each. About the same amount on both. Which I didn't think anything of it because I have dealt with polymer gas cans and other brand water jugs and IIRC they all seem to do that.

It just might be a little more noticeable on the Ozark because it's tall an thin vs the Aquatainer which is 'squatty'. IDK

How do these compare? You can select natural or blue color. They seem to be very thick and heavy duty. I can see 1.1mm on the topif ine. In the pics. They look alot thicker than that though.
