Frag RPG's in Ukraine.

Apparently the Ukraines have turned plain old RPG armor piercing warheads into anti personel, flying fragmentation, grenades. 

So if you shoot them into the ground or a wall near any Russian soldiers the warhead nit inly gives off a huge explosion. But its laced with shards of sheet metal.

Between this and homemade molotov cocktails and a number of other field expedient creations, I don't think we've seen this level of battlefield creativity since WWII.
