Updated FEMA Flood Maps

FEMA has posted proposed updates to flood maps and will be entering a comment period starting next week.  I'm just outside the 0.2% annual risk area on the map (the line is about 2 houses over from me), so I should be okay.  Worth checking to see if there are any changes coming, particularly as it might impact your insurance / mortgage.
